Lately, we had been thinking a lot about how to incorporate self-care in our lives so it can support our health and allow us to enjoy life to the fullest. These days in our fast-paced lifestyle, more and more people are feeling stressed and dealing with anxiety. We had been feeling this way too and realised that it had a huge impact on our well-being. So we decided to make self-care a priority and started looking for different ways to include it in our lives. 

As we were looking, we came across these yoga classes in Jakarta. We went to the class and found it to be really different from a lot of other classes we’d done before. In this class, we not only got a great workout but it helped us feel deeply connected to our spirit. So we both decided to ask our amazing yoga teacher, Anjasmara (who is an Indonesian actor, SCTV award-winner and a certified yoga instructor), if we can interview him about yoga and how to use it to enhance our lifestyle. He was very generous and agreed.
