STEP-2: PROGRAM GUIDELINES
Follow these guidelines to get the most out of this program
Time Managment
Schedule and block out 2 hours each week to go through the modules. The module videos will teach you everything you need to know to get the best results
Meal Plan & Workout Plan
Your Meal Plans and Workout Plans take out all the guesswork. Your meal plan will give you complete guidelines about when and what to eat. Workout Plans come in Pin-Up form so you can print them out and put them up on your wall to follow them easily.
Measure yourself
Fill out the FORM below to get clear on your goals and send us your measurements. (We will not be sharing these with anyone. Its just for us to help keep track of your progress and you will also get sent a copy of your response so it will also be something that will help you track your progress)
Purchase a Journal
You will need a beautiful notebook to journal in during the program. Buy a journal that you love so you will want to write in it.
What if I slip up?
We understand that there will be times when you get off track. Instead of being hard on yourself, just get right back on track by eating right in your next meal. This is a lifestyle so don’t think about it like if you ate out of the plan one time, then your whole day or week is gone. Just make things right in the next meal.
Clean out your pantry
Stock up your pantry with healthy foods and throw/give away any and all processed foods like chips, cookies, white bread, etc.
WHY? Because we want to make it hard for you to get to the foods you binge on. Not having them in your pantry will make it much easier for you to stick to the program with ease.
Check the grocery list for the healthy snack ideas.
Track your steps
We recommend that you purchase a tracker (something like a Fitbit or find one on Amazon) that would allow you to track your steps.
During the program we urge you to take up the challenge of doing 7000 – 10,000 steps per day.
This will help you burn a lot more calories each day and it will ensure that you are active throughout the day.
STEP-3: WHY NUTRITION FOR WEIGHTLOSS

PRODUCT DOSAGE:
When it comes to the product dosage, remember that all USANA products are made specifically for each market. An easy way to figure out the dosage for your market for each product is to see the number of tablets and divide that number by 28. This is because each product is made for 28 days (i.e. Monthly supply). It’s important to take the dosage according to your market because the products are made keeping the soil composition and other factors in mind for each market.
- CellSentials: Core Minerals & Vitox – AM:2, PM:2 (From each)
- Hepasil DTX: AM:1, PM:2
- MagneCal D: AM:1, PM:2
- Digestive Enzymes: Take 1-2 tablets 5 minutes before eating. You can take these before each meal if needed.
- Fibergy: 1 Tbsp – mix in water or smoothie per day, preferably in the morning.
- Nutrimeal: 2 Scoops in 250-300 ml water or any nut milk (NO-Juice, soy milk or dairy milk)
NOTE:
- Always take your supplements with meals for better absorption.
- Drink at least 2-3 litres of water each day.
- Do minimum 30 minutes exercise.
- These supplements are very potent, so initially you may experience a detox/healing reaction. This is completely normal and is actually a sign that your body’s healing system is getting switched on.
